Terms of Sale
Water of Siloe Ltd. uses the website www.waterofsiloe.co.uk to promote the products it distributes. These general conditions form an integral part of the distance selling contract entered into between Water of Siloe Ltd. (hereinafter also "the Seller") and the buyer (hereinafter also "the Customer"). By requesting the order confirmation, the Customer accepts all the contractual conditions proposed and set out below. Without acceptance of the General Conditions, it will not be possible to complete the order. By accepting the General Conditions and therefore by issuing the order confirmation, the buyer also accepts that all communications will be sent and received by email. The Seller reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not apply to order confirmations requested before the publication of the amendments.

The order form submitted online via the shopping cart constitutes a simple contractual proposal. The conclusion of the contract remains subject to acceptance by Water of Siloe Ltd., which verifies the availability of the goods.
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The contract concerns the sale of Water of Siloe products offered for sale using the distance selling system via the Internet, through the website www.waterofsiloe.co.uk
PRICES AND INVOICING
All prices include VAT. All invoices will be issued in GBP.
PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit card, Bank transfer (where available).
SHIPPING, SHIPPING COSTS AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Goods will be shipped via contracted express courier. Shipping costs will apply for orders of individual Elixirs with a quantity of less than three pieces. For orders of individual Elixirs with a quantity greater than two pieces, or with the purchase of Mix or Kits, shipping costs are borne by the Seller. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country of the goods and shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. Goods travel at the Customer's risk. Shipment by the Seller is intended to a single address indicated during registration. Any liability of the Seller is excluded for delays, omissions and service failures in deliveries attributable to fortuitous events or force majeure or due to strikes, sudden picketing or other events beyond the Seller's control.
DELIVERY TERMS
Expected delivery times are approximately 5 working days but may vary depending on the quantity of goods ordered and/or stock availability of the requested products or the destination of the goods. The buyer may verify the above terms before sending the order confirmation request by contacting us by email at info@waterofsiloe.co.uk. Delivery times begin from the day following the completion of the order. Water of Siloe Ltd. is relieved of liability towards the buyer in cases of non-delivery or late delivery, including partial delivery, due to force majeure or fortuitous events.
ORDER COMPLETION
The order is completed upon receipt of payment confirmation notification via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by consumers, i.e. natural persons acting outside their professional activity; it therefore cannot be invoked by companies or those purchasing with a VAT number. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product to be returned. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be validly exercised if the Customer has not taken adequate measures to ensure that the product can be returned in the same condition in which it was received (including original packaging). Payments made by the Customer will be refunded by the Seller within fourteen days from the date on which the latter receives the goods, or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods. To this end, it is the Customer's responsibility to promptly communicate to Water of Siloe by email their intention to return the purchased item within the mandatory period of 30 days. It is the Seller's responsibility to agree with the Customer on the place for sending the materials to be returned.
JURISDICTION
Civil disputes relating to the application, interpretation and execution of distance selling contracts via the Internet through the website "www.waterofsiloe.co.uk" are subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the court of London (UK).
